Flexible and Responsible Transport Solutions

Delivery Methods Adapted to Your Site

To meet diverse installation and operational needs, we offer three main delivery options.

Big Bags

Delivery in large bags is suitable for all applications and Filtralite products. The standard 1 m³ bag is closed at the top to avoid contamination and labeled for product identification. These large bags can be transported by truck, train, or boat, and they can also be loaded into containers. Transporting materials in containers is an effective solution for smaller volumes and long sea journeys.

Key features:
•    Stackable up to three layers.
•    Can be stored outdoors under tarpaulin for up to six months.

Blowing Truck

Pneumatic blowing trucks are ideal for installations requiring direct discharge into filters. This method allows fast and clean delivery with minimal dust generation. The system only requires a water inlet and can access a wide range of filter systems.

Full-Package Installation (Europe only)

In collaboration with our partner, Palm Environnement, we also offer full-package solutions for filter media replacement and installation. This includes removing existing media, supplying and installing gravel and nozzles, and implementing Filtralite media — all handled by an experienced team with extensive knowledge in the water market. You simply provide access to the filters — we handle the rest.

Storage Recommendations

During the delivery of Filtralite, it may sometimes be necessary to store the material temporarily. Filtralite filter media can be stored outdoors without a decrease in quality. However, it's important to consider that the materials can absorb water during rainfall, which will make them heavier and may increase transportation costs. To prevent degradation of the big bags, they should not be stored outdoors for more than six months.

Please note that Filtralite Nature P should not be stored outdoors, as rainfall may wash out parts of the material, leading to reduced effectiveness of the media.
